Music, Movement, & Mindfulness blends music, creative movement, puppetry, stories, and simple mindfulness in a playful, kid‑friendly way. The session is led by Raynee Doner, who has many years experience with teaching, drama, music and mindfulness practices.
This joyful program helps children:
- Express themselves through music and movement
- Build creativity, imagination, and confidence
- Strengthen coordination, balance, and body awareness
- Learn easy relaxation and mindfulness techniques
- Develop emotional awareness and self‑regulation •
