Help your baby relax, bond, and thrive. The Library will be hosting a free 5‑week series that teaches parents basic massage techniques for their babies (birth–9 months), facilitated by a certified EarlyON instructor.
Infant massage can support better sleep, ease gas and colic, and strengthen the parent‑baby connection through nurturing touch. Each session is calm, supportive, and designed for new parents.
Program details:
- Wednesdays, 2:00–3:00 pm

- at Merrickville Library
Please bring:
- A blanket to lay baby on
- Attend even if baby is sleeping
- No older siblings please
