Guided Meditation Group

Guided Meditation for Wellness (Fridays at 2:00 pm):

Guided Meditation is an effective method of stress management. The Library will be hosting a free meditiation group led by representatives from the Health Centre.  Learn how to use guided imagery and relaxation techniques to help improve stress management, self-esteem and emotional and physical well-being.
