Guided Meditation for Wellness (Fridays at 2:00 pm, starts Nov 4):
Guided Meditation is an effective method of stress management. The Library will be hosting a free drop-in meditation group led by representatives from the Health Centre starting on Friday, November 4 at 2:00 pm. Learn how to use guided imagery and relaxation techniques to help improve stress management, self-esteem and emotional and physical well-being. No registration required.
