Fitness for Your Aging Brain
“Fitness for your Aging Brain” is a series of weekly exercise classes for ages 50+. The routines are designed by Jill Simpson to exercise the body in a way that keeps older brains functioning at their best. This program will be hosted at the Library.
Based on the latest neuroscience, geriatric and fitness research, the classes combine cardiovascular exercise, mental challenge, rhythm-based movement, and simple fun in a program geared to maintain a healthy brain as you age.
