Friday mornings at 10:00. A free series of 10 weekly online exercise classes for ages 50+ designed to keep older brains functioning at their best.
Follow the virtual classes at home, or join in at the Library, where we’ll be hosting the classes as group sessions in conjunction with the Health Centre and other community partners (you can participate at the Library and repeat the sessions at home for added benefits).
