
Brain Fitness
“Fitness for your Aging Brain” is a series of 8 weekly 1-hour exercise classes for ages 50+. The classes combine cardiovascular exercise, mental challenge, rhythm-based movement, and simple fun in a program geared to maintain a healthy brain as you age.
The Library is hosting 2 groups on Saturdays, at 10:00 and at 11:30, starting Oct 5. Note: the 11:30 class is a mixed (male & female) class. Limited spaces. Registration is required. There is no charge, but donations are accepted. Contact the Library for more information.
