Job Opportunity: ECOLOGICAL LITERACY PROGRAM MANAGER
Rideau Roundtable and 6 local libraries (Perth, Smith Falls, Merrickville, Rideau Lakes, Westport, and North Grenville) are establishing an Ecology Literacy Center to deliver in-library and outdoor learning excursions for children in grades 1 to 6. The program aims to connect youth with the outdoors to promote nature, eco-recreation, wellness and ecological literacy.
We are looking for an Ecological Literacy Program Manager for the lead administrative role of creating an operational strategic plan and organizational framework to make the project operational over the spring and summer of 2025, as well as developing and implementing ecological education programs for children.
