Fitness for your Aging Brain

“Fitness for your Aging Brain” is a series of 8 weekly online exercise classes for ages 50+ designed to keep older brains functioning at their best.  Based on the latest neuroscience, geriatric and fitness research, the classes combine cardiovascular exercise, mental challenge, rhythm-based movement, and simple fun in a program geared to maintain a healthy brain as you age.

The Library is hosting 2 classes on Fridays – at 10:00 and 12:30.  We still have space!  Contact the Library to register (you can also call 613-269-3326).
