The Library is excited to be able to start offering “Porch Pick-Up” service starting on Tues, May 19, as per the province’s recent announcement (May 14).
You can find out what’s available now by searching the Library’s catalogue. You can place items on hold there – or contact the Library by phone (613-269-3326), email, contact form, or social media to request items. All circulating items in the Library are available for loan.
Not sure what you want? Get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to help find something you’ll like.
When your items are ready, staff will contact you to arrange a time for pick-up. To ensure everyone’s safety, we will be doing contactless pick-up on the Library porch. We ask that you wait until staff have left your items on the porch and returned to the Library before you approach to pick-up or return items. If you require delivery, please contact us to see what arrangements can be made.
Yes, the Library will also be accepting returns. Please use the return slot to minimize contact. The Library will be using recommended quarantining procedures to ensure that materials are not infected before allowing them to return to circulation.
Note: the Library building remains closed to the public. However, reference service and other assistance is available. Contact us for more information.
