Shula Ber Levtov, MA, RSW, RYT and Ellie McMillan, E-RYT are back with another free workshop teaching stress resilience and self-care to help you bounce back from stressful situations instead of lingering in a depleted and worn out state.
Learn to use simple practices and essential oils to soothe and nourish your nervous system, balance your immune system, as well as ways to incorporate them in your everyday life.
