The good news is there are ways you can recruit your body’s own resources to help you feel better *and* continue to respond to the demands of life and business.
Join Shula & Ellie on Thursday, June 22 at 7:00 pm to learn some easy tips to gently transform your stress and create ease in your mind and body. In this free class, you will learn some tips and tricks to help your achy body and change your relationship to pain. You also will experience in-the-moment stress relief and mood change through experiential activities that include breath, movement, essential oils and other tools. You’ll also learn takeaway skills and the keys to applying them for lasting results.
This is a free event, but registration is required. Donations of goods will be gratefully accepted for Interval House.
