Join Shulamit Ber Levtov, MA, RSW, RYT and Ellie McMillan, E-RYT to learn some easy tips to transform your stress and find more ease and comfort in your life. In this workshop, you’ll experience in-the-moment stress relief and mood change through experiential activities that involve breath, movement and essential oils. Plus, you’ll learn takeaway skills & tips and the keys to applying them for lasting results. Walk away with a “stress-less” essential oil kit that you can use to soothe and nourish you when handling stress.
